Fremantle artist, Ann Land has developed her own innovative method of painting which she calls ' A DIALECTIC AQUA TECHNIQUE' pure fine silica sand used with acrylics and other water based mixed media. She applies this to her customized canvasses to create texture enticing the viewer to want to touch and explore the surface.
